 Angel Knight

Angel Knight is a Georgia State University graduate. Angel obtained her real estate license shortly after graduating college and began listing new homes & representing new construction home builders throughout metro Atlanta. Opening & selling out communities with 200+ homes annually began as Angel’s normal course of business. Angel responsibilities included obtaining, evaluating & closing an asset volume of over $50 – $60 million every year for the first decade of her career in new construction. The same developments today would be well over $100 million annually in sales volume & over $2 billion overall in sales volume.

In 2005, she opened her real estate firm, Diamond Realty Brokers. Angel Knight is the CEO of Diamond Realty Brokers based in Atlanta. The brokerage is licensed throughout the southeast & residential, commercial & private equity services for mature businesses. Starting out representing new home builders, Angel began to see how many buyers were uninformed about representation whether residential or commercial. Buyers assumed that the builders Agents represented their best interest as well, when in fact the builders Agent has already been hired by the property owner to specifically look out for their best interest. 

Angel Knight has managed & sold over $1 Billion in real estate with a diverse background in Mergers & Acquisitions from REITS, Corporate Portfolios, Multi Family, Senior Housing, LIHTC Properties, New Construction, Luxury Homes & Commercial Real Estate. 

Angel Knight also has more in depth real estate experience where her business acquisition & merger skills have been pivotal to companies such as The American Home, a Blackstone Real Estate Investment Trust of over 2200 single family homes throughout the southeast. Angel Knight’s experience as a Multi licensed Business Broker specializing in Mergers & Acquisitions set the premise for the $250 Million dollar corporate acquisition.

Angel Knight’s knowledge in M & A’s, brokerage compliance & asset management churned the largest single family acquisition decision in 2014 from the Blackstone Real Estate Investment Trust to Silver Bay Realty Trust. Those assets would then be sold to Tricon for $1.4 Billion in 2017 & eventually would be sold back to Blackstone Group in 2024 for $3.4 Billion. 

In addition, Angel Knight has been pivotal in multi family & senior housing mergers in multiple states for clients such as international developers, The Benoit Group and brokering a number of business expansion opportunities for franchise owners, small owner operators & large corporations. These deals would set the premise for establishing her Private Equity services for asset based companies. From representing publicly traded construction companies to private production builders, Angel understands that equity is not at all distributed fair but it is in fact distributed. 

Although her ideal clients are businesses & property owners, she enjoys helping others obtain the highest & best quality lifestyle they deserve. Angel enjoys decorating and values property owners who take pride in maintaining beautiful spaces, intentional quality properties & design aesthetics.

In Angel’s spare time she enjoys music and singing as a talented vocalist. Angel grew up singing in Nashville TN with Gospel & R & B Grammy Award winning artists. Angel believes music balances life’s chaos with clarity.

Angel is also a published Author of the book “Love Letters in the Gardens” which sold in the Atlanta Botanical Gardens for over 5 years & Atlanta Hartsfield Jackson International Airport. Angel Knight is currently working on Volume II for Love Letter in the Gardens in hopes to be featured in Atlanta Botanical Gardens again & multiple Botanical Gardens locations. Angel also enjoys gardening, investing, reading ancient history, traveling abroad & all things that align with a peaceful lifestyle.
